Help Hotline Crisis Center, Inc. is a non-profit, private corporation serving a geographic area that includes Mahoning County, Columbiana County, and portions of Trumbull County, with special contracts providing services to Ashtabula County. The agency is located in the northeast region of the State of Ohio.
Help Hotline Crisis Center was incorporated in May 1971 as a drug information line for Mahoning County. In the past thirty eight years, the agency has not only expanded their geographic area, but has also grown from a 6-hour-a-day Hotline service operated by volunteers, to a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week comprehensive CRISIS INTERVENTION, SUICIDE PREVENTION, COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER. We also offer SUPPORT SERVICES to Mental Health and Social Service Consumers.

Every two years, Help Hotline Crisis Center publishes a comprehensive community resource directory. Drawn from our extensive database, the directory lists primary agencies in the Mahoning Valley area that provide services.
