Help Hotline Crisis Center is the 24-hour centralized information and referral center for Mahoning and Columbiana Counties, maintaining a comprehensive computerized database of community resources.
From the extensive database Help Hotline Crisis Center prints a community resource directory every two years. The directory lists primary agencies providing services in the greater Mahoning Valley area.
