Help Hotline Crisis Center is the 24-hour centralized information and referral center for Mahoning and Columbiana Counties. Help Hotline maintains a computerized database of community resources.

Resource Directory
From the extensive database Help Hotline Crisis Center prints a community resource directory every two years.  The directory lists primary agencies providing services in the greater Mahoning Valley area.  Features of the directory include:

• Alphabetical Program List
• Keyword Index
• Fax Number List
• List of Agencies
• Profile Descriptions of Programs
• Risk and Protective Factors Listed and Indexed

The  directories are available for purchase by contacting the Help Hotline administrative office at 330-747-5111. Directories may also be purchased Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 2 pm or Friday from 9 am to noon at the Help Hotline Payee Program lobby, 61 E. Wood St., Youngstown.
