The purpose for which this non-profit corporation is formed, as stated in the Amended Articles of Incorporation with the State of Ohio, shall be:
A. To provide crisis intervention, suicide prevention and intervention, referrals, support services and counseling services to persons experiencing mental health related and/or situational problems.
B. To provide emergency assistance, referral or linkage to other community resources to persons in need of such services.
C. To promote and provide for the dissemination of information about community human services, and report any lack of community resources to planning organizations or governmental units.
D. All of the services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all individuals and groups, Help Hotline Crisis Center is committed to non-discrimination and equal opportunity for all persons without regard to sex, race, religion, color, age, national origin, sexual orientation, handicap/ disability, or identification as a disabled and/or Vietnam Era Veteran. The agency is committed to the principles of affirmative action and acts in accordance with state and federal laws.
